Bobbett's Blog No 102, fantastic fish and beautiful blues.
Last week it was Fabulous Floral's and this week its fantastic fish and beautiful blues.

In this week blog,
we feature, Tonia who has spent this week making an unusual baby blanket and matching bonnet, Tasha has been upcycling and started a small under stairs toilet makeover, and I've been concentrating on pieces for the shop.
Phil has made a couple of beautiful Bottle lamp to add to the shop.
Earlier in the week, Tasha sent me a picture of two boat feature shelves, we had a chat about ideas and fish became the theme, Tasha looked at many different wallpapers here are some of her favorites.
Tasha settled on a couple of the prints,
She decides to use the darker blue fish print by the world of wallpaper on the shelves, heres a before and after.
She completed the look with a navy update on the paintwork,
What a transformation these pieces have sold in the last 24hrs, fab news.
Tasha has been extra busy this week as she has also been giving her understairs toilet a makeover using the same Annie Florance chalk paint as I have used in my upcycling,
Tasha has diluted the paint to make it go on smoothly.
It looks great with this gold ceiling 😍 , next week we hope to show you an update.

Tonia has been busy making a camouflaged baby bonnet and matching blanket, what funky wool, and I have been busy upcycling new furniture pieces for the shop it's been a rather blue week.
I started to upcycle this piece and decided to work on another piece.
I decided to rub the pieces back and give them a Glamour's vintage feel.
I finally finished the small occasional table with a funky print.
What a lovely little feature table this will be on sale on our Etsy site soon, contact us here for more details.

The heavy bedside draws
Looked so dark before, this piece is really well made but so dated, I wanted to bring some life into it and make it into an exceptional piece, using influences from Indian painted furniture it has really nice insets to make use of with featured wallpaper.
I did two layers of Annie Florence chalk paint then rubbed back some of the edges adding vintage glamour with hand-applied gold paint and finished with clear wax.
I am adding new draw pulls which I am also adding a touch of vintage glamour to.
wow, I love it, it's coming on nicely, here's a close up of one of the draws, what a difference. next week I will show the finished piece.
This will be going up for sale on our sites soon.
Well that's it for this week, Thanks for reading you can follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
Bye for now Corcyra, Phil Tasha, and Tonia. The Bobbett's.
